About this Guide

This research guide was created with educators and researchers in mind and highlights newspapers available at the Center that relate to American reactions re: events surrounding the Holocaust.

The Center for Jewish History illuminates history, culture, and heritage. It is the collaborative home of five partner organizations: American Jewish Historical Society, American Sephardi Federation, Leo Baeck Institute, Yeshiva University Museum, and YIVO Institute for Jewish Research. Each partner holds rich collections relating to the politics, social conversations, published opinions, and historical news accounts of the events leading up to, including, and after the Holocaust.

Please see the Lillian Goldman Reading Room page on our website for information on how to access collections, library hours, policies, and other services. We look forward to assisting you with any and all research objectives!
