Cookbooks Collection 1840, 1842, 1886, 1890s [Digitized]

Two handwritten cookbooks: the first is predominated by recipes for pastries and baked goods (232 pages). After the first 131 recipes is a signed dedication from Ernst Lampert of Potsdam (1842, page 95), and most of the remaining recipes appear to have been added by Alice Ehrlich beginning in 1886. The second contains a wider variety of recipes by Herta Fleck, 37 in total, mostly dated to the early 1890s.
