We are a group of librarians, archivists, and curators from the Center for Jewish History and the five Partner organizations (AJHS, ASF, LBI, YIVO, and YUM). We are a subcommittee of the Access and New Technologies Committee, which is a group of librarians, archivists, and curators that engages in discussions, professional development, and training, as related to the collaborative work of our six organizations. The Authorities Subcommittee has been working to create a comprehensive authorities thesaurus that helps promote better access to our collections.
